These Terms & Conditions apply to clients who purchase and participate in the Release Your Power 3-week 1:1 Program, the Confidence Breakthrough 8-week 1:1 Program and the Confidence Evolution 12-week 1:1 Program, all delivered by Petra Contrada.

Program Description

Release Your Power (4-week 1:1 Program):
A 3-week guided coaching & healing journey to help you stop second-guessing yourself, clear energetic blocks, and move forward with grounded confidence.

The program includes:

-2 Coaching/Healing Sessions
-3 Modules + Tools
-Custom Guided Meditation
-Confidence Journal
-Bi-weekly Progress Review (Week 2 and 4)

Confidence Breakthrough (8-week 1:1 Program):
An intensive 8-week private coaching program designed to help you shift from self-doubt and insecurity to clarity and confidence in your personal and professional life.

The program includes:

-1 Onboarding Session
-4 Coaching/Healing Sessions
-7 Modules + Tools
-Custom Guided Meditation
-Confidence-Healing & Accountability Journal
-Daily Email Support (Monday to Friday)
-Bi-weekly Progress Review
-BONUS: Access to The Confidence Reset Course

Confidence Evolution (12-week 1:1 Program):
A deeper 12-week private coaching program designed to guide you from hiding and hesitation to showing up as your most confident self.

The program includes:

-1 Onboarding Session
-6 Coaching/Healing Sessions
-11 Modules + ToolsCustom Guided Meditation
-Abundance Breakthrough Evaluation
-Magnetic Visioning Session
-Confidence-Healing & Accountability Journal
-Daily Email Support (Monday to Friday)
-Bi-weekly Progress Review
-BONUS: Access to The Confidence Reset Course
-BONUS: Confidence Expansion Blueprint (90-Day Plan)

Programs are delivered via Zoom. Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to a compatible browser (e.g., Google Chrome).

Payment Terms

Release Your Power
One-time payment of €297

Confidence Breakthrough
One-time payment of €997
OR 2 consecutive monthly payments of €550

Confidence Evolution
One-time payment of €1997
OR 3 consecutive monthly payments of €750

Payments are processed via Stripe. The total price is payable upfront or in monthly installments, as selected at checkout. By enrolling, you agree to complete all installment payments. If a payment fails or is missed, access to the program may be paused or terminated until the balance is settled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This is a no-cancellation, no-refund program. Due to the nature of the personalized one-to-one coaching and healing, no cancellations are accepted once the program has started, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Scheduling and Session Expiry

This offer includes one-to-one coaching and healing sessions. Once the program has started:

All sessions for Release Your Power must be completed within 4 weeks

All sessions for Confidence Breakthrough must be completed within 8 weeks (Access to modules - 6 month)

All sessions for Confidence Evolution must be completed within 12 weeks (Access to modules - 12 month)

Unused sessions will expire after the program period. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within the timeline.

Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to workbooks, worksheets, templates, videos, and resources, are protected by copyright and provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, share, publish, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

Participation does not grant you the right to use any content for commercial or training purposes.

Confidentiality

Your privacy and trust are important. All information shared in one-to-one sessions and communication will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

I do not guarantee specific results from participation in either program. Results depend on your personal commitment, actions, and circumstances.

Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. By enrolling, you agree to take full responsibility for your progress and decisions.

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, with jurisdiction in the state of Lower Saxony. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with German law.

Client Type

This offer is available to both business clients (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C).
