This simple yet powerful visualization-based meditation has changed the lives of countless clients and students around the world. It was inspired by one of my most trusted mentors, and I've refined it with added energetic bonuses to deepen the impact. Now it's yours to experience.
This meditation is built around 5 core steps. Each one is carefully designed to shift your energy, rewire your focus, and align you with inner balance and outer success.
What you need to get ready:
‣ Find a quiet space and sit on a chair with both feet flat on the ground.
‣ Sit upright with your spine straight, shoulders back, chest lifted, and head tall.
‣ Have a journal or index card ready to write your daily Vision Statement at the end of the session.
1. ALIGN & BREATHE
Start by aligning with your higher self. You'll be guided through "Breath of Fire," a dynamic breathing exercise with three sets of 30 breaths and a small movement. This clears stagnant energy, oxygenates the body, and supports clarity and decision-making.
2. BE GRATEFUL & APPRECIATE
You'll tune into three things, moments, or people you're truly grateful for. Fill your heart with joy, appreciation, and love—feel that energy deeply. The more love you carry, the more you radiate throughout the day.
3. CHARGE UP & HEAL
Flood yourself with brilliant, white Source light energy. Feel it entering and filling your being, clearing anything that needs to be healed—whether it’s physical, emotional, mental, or energetic.
4. SHARE THE GIFT OF LIGHT
Send that radiant white light outward. Use it to heal, strengthen, love, and uplift others. This beautiful act of giving multiplies your own energy. What you send out, you attract back!
5. CELEBRATE & MANIFEST
Visualize three key outcomes you want to manifest. Feel yourself on the other side of success, already celebrating them. Afterward, write your daily Vision Statement in your journal or on an index card. Keep it with you, read it throughout the day, and reconnect with that energy often.
